To view documents on-line, click on the appropriate PDF link.

To save documents directly to your disk, (bypass the browser plug-in) you will need to use the "Right-Click" method to save the file. Click ONCE on the PDF link using your "RIGHT" mouse button and select the proper save option -- depending upon which browser you are using:
 For Microsoft IE users, select "Save Target As..."
 For Netscape Navigator users, select "Save Link As..."
